For Living Beyond Breast Cancer’s annual conference on metastatic breast cancer, I directed and co-produced a comprehensive multi-camera livestream and IMAG feed to capture this three-day event in Philadelphia. This annual conference brings together medical experts, wellness professionals, and those impacted by metastatic breast cancer for a weekend of information, inspiration, and connection, creating space for learning, support, and empowerment both in-person and online.

Across the weekend, I oversaw coverage of sessions ranging from intimate solo keynote presentations to large panel discussions with multiple experts on stage. My role included set design, developing camera plots, directing the show, and running technical direction (often balancing both roles simultaneously). The production delivered seamless visual support by outputting presenter slide decks for the room while enhancing the livestream with a stylized picture-in-picture format that blended slides with close-up presenter coverage. Many sessions concluded with audience Q&A, and the workflow ensured every key moment, from presentations to live discussion, reached viewers with clarity, impact, and a polished broadcast experience.
