For over seven years, I partnered with Synergis Software as a producer and video lead, creating B2B SaaS content designed to educate users, strengthen customer trust, and support revenue and retention goals. Across a wide range of projects, I helped translate complex software workflows into clear, engaging stories that resonate with engineers, manufacturers, and enterprise teams.

My work spanned customer testimonials, event content, brand storytelling, and product education. I produced an animated intro and outro for Synergis’s online training platform to give their learning experience a consistent, polished identity, and I developed an FAQ video covering the top 10 issues seen by their support team. That piece blended live-action footage with real screen captures, pairing human guidance with step-by-step visuals so viewers could follow along without friction.

I also co-produced, shot, and co-edited two “Core Values” films, one for Synergis Software and one for Engineering Design Solutions. These were the heart of the company’s internal and external messaging, built around authentic interviews and a family-like culture that connected the brand to the people behind the product.

For executive and brand credibility content, I co-produced, shot, and co-edited an award announcement video after Frost & Sullivan recognized Synergis with a Customer Service Leadership award in the global Engineering Information Management market. I filmed the company’s three Vice Presidents on location and integrated footage provided by Frost & Sullivan into a cohesive, high-impact edit that balanced authority with warmth.

Testimonials were a consistent pillar of the relationship. I produced interview content in multiple formats, from planned sit-downs to off-the-cuff conversations captured on-site at events. These shoots included Synergis employees, partner-facing narratives, and edits that incorporated third-party footage when needed, always with an eye toward clarity, credibility, and brand alignment.

I also produced event highlight and promotional videos for key customer conferences, including Synergis University and Adept Experience. In fast-moving environments, I captured the full story: keynote energy, attendee interactions, training moments, and testimonial sound bites that could be repurposed across multiple channels. To drive attendance year over year, I created annual 9x16 social media story campaigns for Synergis University with a staggered release schedule, keeping followers informed on key dates, registration windows, and sign-up details. The result was a library of flexible content built for marketing, community-building, and post-event momentum.

Overall, this long-term partnership reflects how I work best in B2B SaaS: building content ecosystems, collaborating closely with stakeholders, moving smoothly from concept through production and post, and delivering videos that make software feel approachable while still feeling enterprise-grade.
